TQP Ministries was co-founded in 2011 by husband and wife team, Miguel Lebron and Mairy Lebron in the city of Rochester, New York.

Miguel Lebron was born in Rochester, NY and is the second oldest of seven sibling. In his mid teens Miguel lived in Puerto Rico and it was there where he accepted Jesus Christ into his life. He would later return to Rochester where he would study and graduate from the Theological Institute of the Assembly of Christian Churches, Inc.

Mairy Lebron was born in Bayamon, PR and is the middle child of five siblings. Mairy's family migrated to Rochester when she was young and it is there were she completed her education. Mairy earned a Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and studied in the Theological Institute of the Assembly of Christian Churches, Inc.

On August 19th, 2011 TQP Ministries held its first event. The event was titled Night of Power and was held at AIC Rochester 2, Miguel and Mairy's home church. The event was sponsored by LightRay graphics and Jupe de Abby.

This night was the realization of a collective effort and the result of the event was extraordinary, as a family of 11 people would accept Jesus Christ as their Lord. This night was also a launching pad as TQP Ministries has continued to grow and collaborate with other ministries.

In June 2012 TQP Ministries crossed the Atlantic Ocean and arrived in Puerto Rico. Once there, they preached for 14 days straight to a multitude of people about the power and grace of God. Once they had returned home to Rochester, they continued teaching, preaching and motivating upon the same message and they have not stopped.
